Prices shown on this site are for the products only however shipping and handling are included on domestic orders within the United States.
Shipping prices on international orders vary depending on destination.
Multiple Purchases
We may decline to accept multiple orders of the same product at our sole discretion.
Additional Charges
Shipping fees for overseas deliveries vary according to weight and destination and can be reviewed in the checkout prior to payment. An additional charge for duties, taxes, and customs may be applied for which customers are responsible in clearing.

Delivery
For delivery addresses in the United States and overseas (unless ordered on a weekend or public holiday) we will usually ship your order within 2-3 weeks of confirmation and delivered within 10 days from the date of shipment.
Returns
Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns except in the following cases:
• The products are damaged in the course of shipping
• The products delivered are not correct in relation to the order
In either of the above cases please contact us by email at info@pos-neg.com within 7 days of delivery, quoting your Order Number and explaining the nature of the problem then await our response. We will only accept the return of unused/unworn products. In the event that we accept the return we will exchange the product and cover the costs of shipping. At our own discretion, or in the event that a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price.

7. Purchase of Products
7.1 The Company’s products (the “Products”) shall only be purchased through the Site in the manner prescribed by the Company. 7.2 In the event of a purchase of Products by a user of the Site the contract of sale is entered between a user and the Company at the instant of Company sending confirmation of the order to the user’s registered email address under the subject line “CONFIRMATION” following the user’s confirmation of order. 7.3 If a transaction is not approved by your credit card issuer or for any other reason we may, in our sole discretion, decline and cancel your order.
8. Delivery
8.1 The delivery date of the Products shall be determined by the Company in its sole discretion. We cannot agree to a specific delivery date. 8.2 Unless notified by the prescribed system we shall not change the delivery address of the products.
9. Shipping and Handling
All domestic orders (within the United States) are free unless otherwise noted.
All international orders (outside the United States) are subject to shipping and handling fees, and vary according to weight and destination, which can be reviewed in the checkout prior to payment. An additional charge for duties, taxes, and customs may be applied for which customers are responsible in clearing.
You shall pay for all costs of shipping and, where applicable. In respect of deliveries outside of the United States you shall be responsible for the payment of all import duties and other costs associated with the import of the goods into your country.
10. Payment
10.1 Two methods of payment are available: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Paypal. In the case of payment by credit card, orders will only be accepted when the name of the purchaser and cardholder match. 10.2 In the case of credit card purchases the sale shall also be subject to conditions imposed by your credit card issuer. In the event of a dispute in respect of provision of services by your credit card issuer we accept no liability – please direct enquiries to the issuer.
11. Returns
11.1 We do not accept returns. However in the case of damage sustained to Products during shipping or faulty Products or in the case that the item delivered is not what was ordered we will accept returns according to the following procedure:
• contact us within 7 days after the initial delivery day with your return request along with reason for said request,
• return the product so that it arrives within 7 days of our agreement to accept the return.
If a replacement is not available we will send back a full refund. 11.2 We will only accept returns that are unworn/unused and complete with all packaging, tags, and receipt and any other items that we specify to you by email.
12. Disclaimer (Products)
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law the Company hereby expressly excludes all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by law and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever including so called “consequential damages” relating to the sale or use of the Products. 12.2 The Company may cancel an order in its sole discretion due to the occurrence of any of the following events and shall bear no liability to users or any other third parties as a consequence of the cancellation:
• Impossibility of delivery.
• Due to a system error an order is accepted for a product that is no longer in stock.
• Suitable replacement Products are not available for whatever reason.
12.3 In respect of purchases by minors the legal guardian/s of the purchaser shall be deemed to be responsible.
